Cari graduated with a BS in Dental Hygiene from the University of Iowa. She has become passionate about caring for phobic patients by creating a calm and attentive environment for care.

Cari was formerly an Associate Adjunct Professor at the University of Minnesota Periodontal Department working with third-year dental students and was a Dental Hygiene Clinical Instructor at Century College.

Cari and her husband Matt and their two children, Gunnar and Ingrid, and their Labrador reside in Otsego. She is an avid Iowa Hawkeye fan and enjoys gardening, reading and traveling. In the winter, she enjoys going to the ice arena, where she watches her children figure skate and play hockey.

Erin first began her career in 1992 as a Dental Assistant, specializing in orthodontics. Erin returned to college in 1996 to pursue her degree in dental hygiene from Century College and then her BS degree in Dental Hygiene Education from the University of Minnesota.

Erin has been a member of the Boger Dental team since 2002. Erin strives to make her patients feel welcome, comfortable, and well-educated about their dental health.

Erin and her husband Jeff live in St. Michael and are the busy parents of three young children. She says, "My children keep us running from rink to rink with hockey." In her free time, she enjoys working out, reading, and being outdoors.

Heidi graduated with a dental hygiene degree from Herzing College in 2007.

She started her career here at Boger Dental nearly ten years ago. She enjoys seeing her long-time patients that she’s developed a relationship with over the years.

In addition to being a vital part of our team here at Boger Dental, she also has participated in medical missions trips in the Middle East.

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children: cooking, working out and volunteering at church.

Morgan joined Boger Dental in 2021 after completing her Dental Assistant degree. She then went on to get her Dental Hygiene degree at St Cloud Technical and Community College and graduated in 2023.

Morgan grew up in Maple Lake, Minnesota and enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new destinations, reading, baking, and embracing the outdoors through camping adventures.

With a passion for dental hygiene, Morgan thrives on the opportunity to engage one-on-one with patients, and educate them on their overall dental health. Morgan chose Boger Dental because of the welcoming team atmosphere and the exceptional care that is provided to our patients.

An unforgettable highlight in Morgan's career was a mission trip to St. Lucia, where she had the privilege of educating a small village on dental health practices and providing vital care. This mission ignited a passion for humanitarian work, and she hopes to continue to serve communities in need.

Meghan and her husband are busy parents to two boys. In addition, they enjoy spending time with their family and friends, traveling, walking their dog (Hank), and attending any Minnesota sporting event.

Micah is a recent graduate from Herzing University, earning her Bachelors Degree of Science in Dental Hygiene. She joined the Boger team because she wanted to surround herself with top professionals in the dental community and a family atmosphere.

Micah’s first priority is patient care, and as soon as she joined Boger Dental, she knew she was in the right place. You will love her infectious smile and ability to put you at ease during your dental visit.

She grew up in the Lake Minnetonka area and can never see herself leaving Minnesota. In her free time, she enjoys being on the lake with friends and family, snowboarding and new adventures.

Michelle grew up in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and received a BS and MS degree in Dental Hygiene from Old Dominion University.

She has been an educator since 1995, and has taught at Old Dominion University, the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and most recently at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry.

Michelle enjoys doing research and the challenge of working with students. Michelle has served as President of the Minnesota Dental Hygienists' Association.

She spends her free time working out, outdoors, especially on the water, traveling, and being with her dog, Simone.

After growing up in Minnesota, Morgan attended The University of South Dakota where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2021, and competed in Division 1 Cross Country and Track.

She always knew she wanted to move back towards the Twin Cities and decided to join Boger Dental because of the teams welcoming environment and their exceptional level of patient care.

Morgan loves the one-on-one interaction that hygiene allows for, and her patients appreciate her compassion and comforting demeanor. She prioritizes patient education, as she believes that good oral health is an important factor for overall well-being.

Outside of the office, Morgan enjoys running, biking, paddle boarding, hiking, watching movies, baking desserts, and spending time with her family, friends, and kitten.

Sarah received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota-School of Dentistry in 2003 and has been with Boger Dental since 2004.

She is delighted to be part of such a dynamic hygiene department and team. Her dental knowledge and genuine interest in her patient concerns have contributed to excellent relationships and patient service.

She has had the opportunity to travel with two mission teams to provide dental services to Jamaica and Puerto Rico and looks forward to serving these populations again in the future.

Kim grew up in Coon Rapids, MN. She attended the University of MN Morris where she played basketball and graduated with a BA in Psychology and Human Services. After getting married in 2000 she went back to school and got an AS in Dental Assisting at Lakeland Medical and Dental Academy. In 2007 she completed her Restorative Expanded Functions at the University of MN. Kim appreciates the positive and professional environment at Boger Dental. Developing lasting relationships with patients, while educating them on all aspects of their treatment is what she likes most about her position as a Treatment Coordinator. Kim and her husband Dan reside in Plymouth with their 2 children. Her daughter and son both play volleyball and basketball year round. When she’s not in the gym watching her kids she enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, playing volleyball, and cooking.

Lori has been a staple part of the Boger Dental assisting team since 1997. She grew up in Crosby, Minnesota, about two hours north of the Twin Cities.

She earned her degree from St. Cloud Technical College in 1985 and enjoys spending her leisure time with her husband and daughter, working around her home, gardening, painting, camping and traveling with her family.

"I will try just about anything once," says Lori, referring to their scuba diving, cliff-jumping, and zip-lining adventures. "You only live once! Actually, I would do those things again."

Natalie grew up right here in Plymouth, Minnesota. She attended Maple Grove Senior High and then Hennepin Technical College.

When she is not helping to deliver awesome patient care, Natalie enjoys playing tennis, traveling, cooking and exercising. She is also very interested in learning about her Swedish heritage.

She has traveled to visit cousins and has also helped to cook authentic cuisine for several events at the Swedish Institute. In the future, she hopes to travel and visit many more countries.

In her free time, she enjoys doing yoga, rock climbing, and has plans to backpack through Europe again!

Jamie has 21+ years of experience in the dental field ranging from private practice to large group practice. She comes to us with experience in collections, working on dental claims for patients to get them paid, helping patients submit treatment for estimates, and checking patients in and out for their appointments. In her free time, she enjoys taking in a Twins game or two each season, camping, cooking, spending time with her family, and scrapbooking at their cabin in Wisconsin.

Odessa’s love for dentistry blossomed after enlisting as a dental specialist in the Minnesota Army National Guard in 2009. Odessa has a passion for serving patients and helping them feel comfortable and informed about their care.
